Last updated September 9, 2026 · Early-access draft, not yet reviewed by counsel — treat this as a good-faith placeholder while nibnow is in active development, not a finished legal document.
nibnow ("we", "us") is a news-briefing app that fetches headlines from third-party publishers and, where an AI provider is available, rewrites the excerpt in original words as a short summary. Every summary links back to the original publisher, and we never claim authorship of the underlying reporting — see "Content and sources" below.
You may use nibnow without an account (preferences are stored locally on your device only) or create an account with email/password or Google sign-in. You're responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity under your account. You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.
Article summaries are AI-generated rephrasings of a publisher's own excerpt, or the publisher's excerpt shown as-is when no AI summary was available — either way, we are not the publisher and do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any story. Always check the linked source for the full, authoritative report before acting on anything you read here. AI-generated content (summaries, "why it matters", quiz questions, Ask AI answers) can be wrong; treat it as a starting point, not a citation.
Don't scrape, resell, or redistribute nibnow's content at scale; don't attempt to bypass rate limits or security measures; don't use the service for anything unlawful.
Paid tiers are not yet live. When they launch, pricing, billing terms, and a cancellation policy will be posted here before any payment is collected.
nibnow is provided "as is", in active early development, without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we aren't liable for decisions made based on content shown in the app.
We may update these terms as the product develops. Material changes will update the date above.
These terms are governed by the laws of India.
Questions about these terms: reach out through the app's support channel once one is published, or via the contact details on nibnow's public site.
